Presenting…Reassurance Call Services

• Daily Check-In Calls – We call to make sure they are OK up to twelve times a day, every day on the days & times you choose!
• Medication Reminder Calls - We call to remind them to take their medications, remove or apply their medication patches, check their glucose levels or perform any necessary function up to twelve times a day, every day!
• Latchkey Home Alone Children Check-In Calls – We call to make sure they have arrived home safely after school or monitor their well-being during summer vacations or any other time when a parent can’t be there.
• (Coming Soon) Surgical Recovery and Post Hospital Stay Check-In Calls (Short-Term)– We call twice daily for two, three, five, seven or ten days to make sure the recovering patients are making good progress.
• (Coming Soon) Temporary Check-In Calls (Short-Term) – We call three times a day for two, three, five, seven or fourteen days while their regular caregiver is on vacation to make sure they are ok.

All Services include Alert Notifications when necessary!

• SIMPLE, DEPENDABLE, AFFORDABLE & EFFECTIVE – Calls arrive on schedule, every day if you wish, are available 365 days a year, and basic monthly service starts at about 67 cents a day.
• NOTHING TO INSTALL - All that is required is a working phone at the call recipient’s residence. It can be a home phone or a cell phone - their choice!
• NO SPECIAL DEVICES TO REMEMBER TO WEAR – All they need to do is just answer their phone and indicate they are OK, and they’re done for that call.  Alert notifications kick in If:
• They don’t answer after several re-tries or
• Answer and indicate they aren’t well or need assistance
• NO PROBLEM FOR HARD-OF-HEARING INDIVIDUALS – The announcement they hear is loud and clear.
• WORKS EVEN IF CALL RECIPIENT IS UNCONSCIOUS OR DISORIENTED – Our “smart technology” allows our system to recognize certain responses or no response at all as reason for concern.  Alert Notifications would begin right away.
• NO LONG TERM COMMITMENTS – Most of Angel Telecare’s services are on a month-to-month subscription basis and can be canceled at any time, no questions asked, and no hassles.  Surgical Recovery, Hospital Discharge and Temporary Check-In Call services are contracted for shorter terms.
