1. What information is required in order to set up the 14-day free trial* and monthly subscription service? *Short-term and contract services ineligible.

For the call recipient (person receiving the check-in or reminder calls), we’ll need:
- name,
- phone number to receive the calls,
- time of each call, each day,
- time zone,
- zip code,
- key holder names & phone numbers,
- alert notification names, phone numbers and email (optional)
- if medication reminders, we need a specific custom reminder message for each call time.

For the subscriber (person signing up for the service), we’ll need:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Credit/Debit Card Information*
*We can begin the free trial without credit/debit card information, however, there will be no interruption in the month-to-month subscription service if credit/debit card information is provided from the beginning. The monthly charge for service does not go through until AFTER the free trial has ended, if not canceled.

2. Is my credit/debit card charged right away, even before the 14-day trial ends?
Absolutely not. We said Free Trial and we mean FREE TRIAL. Period!

3. What is the timeline between signing up/subscribing and beginning our service?
You sign up today (or as soon as your mailed or faxed forms reach us), your service to the call recipient begins the next day after we receive your information.

4. What if the call recipient will be on vacation or unavailable for the call?
You can:
- Just give our customer service department a call toll free 1-866-933-ANGEL(2643) to let us know ahead of time so we can temporarily suspend or change the number where the calls are to be received,
- Change the call set-up online, or
- Have the call recipient call the check-in hotline from anywhere to check-in for the day, before the scheduled call(s).
Please note: If option 3 is utilized, ALL calls for the day are canceled, no matter how many are scheduled.

5. Is there a long-term contract or commitment required?
No. Our services are supplied on a month-to-month subscription basis.
